• This online shop allows you to purchase passes for the Niseko Annupuri International Ski Area.
  Please note that the Niseko United shuttle, Niseko Village Ski Resort, Grand Hirafu and Niseko Hanazono Resort are not covered by these passes.
• 5 hour passes are valid only on the day of purchase, for the consecutive period commencing when first passing through a ticket gate.
• Multi-day lift passes are valid for consecutive days only, and are valid until the final day of the pass.
• 50 hour passes and 30 hour passes are consumed in increments of 1 hour.
• All purchases of online lift passes are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
  Please check the details and purchase method carefully before purchasing. Once payment has been made, changes, cancellations or refunds will not be made for any reason, including illness, injury, transportation delays or cancellations, purchase errors, weather conditions, etc.
  Please be aware of this in advance.
• The lift pass card is yours to keep and can be recharged. There is no return or refund of cards.
• You can recharge a key card purchased at the online shops listed in Rechargeable Cards section below.
  Please note that the customer and the purchase data are not shared across the online shops. If you are new to the Niseko Annupuri Online Shop, please sign up as a new user.
  
• Only one type of lift pass can be purchased on the card.
  If you purchase more than one type of lift pass at the same time, the card will not function correctly (including Niseko All Mountain Passes + Niseko Annupuri Passes).
  Please commence using the first lift pass purchased before purchasing another.
• Lift passes are non-transferable, and resale of cards is prohibited.
• If the dedicated key card is damaged or lost, the lift ticket must be re-purchased.
  However, if the card is lost while skiing, it can be reissued for a fee of JPY 3,000.
• Lift passes for children under 3 years of age are free. Please note that these passes are not available online, and an IC card deposit is required. Please apply for lift passes at a lift ticket counter on the day.
  (Children under 3 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when purchasing a lift ticket or boarding a lift.)
• Lift and gondola operations are subject to weather conditions and may be canceled without notice.
